## Transitioning Over 800 Buildings to LED Lighting

A leading real estate investor with $80 billion in assets saw an opportunity to reduce energy and maintenance costs and lower their carbon footprint by retrofitting their buildings with LED lighting. But given that their portfolio featured over 800 buildings across the US, the project was too complex to carry out alone.
